The thesis
Education software stores. It does not think.
Thirty years of education technology produced systems of record: grades in, attendance marked, reports out. The question those systems cannot answer is the one that matters — does the system understand the student? Our answer is structural: own the data layer, build the intelligence layer AI-native on top of it, and let agents observe, decide, and act. Not a system of records.
